Showroom In-charge (2‑Wheeler)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Showroom In‑charge to lead our 2‑wheeler showroom operations in the Kathmandu Valley. The role involves managing daily activities, driving sales performance, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations, including sales, inventory, bookings, deliveries and documentation.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, product presentations, negotiations and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Service and other departments.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.
• Maintain showroom presentation standards, discipline and customer service quality.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Support promotional campaigns, events and business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in 2‑wheeler/automobile sales, preferably with showroom management or supervisory role.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation and team‑management abilities.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and customer‑focused mindset.
• Good knowledge of the two‑wheeler market and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving license is preferred.
