About the role

The Showroom In Charge will lead sales activities in a motorcycle showroom, engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable models. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong relationships, and supporting the showroom’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, ensuring a professional experience.
• Identify customer preferences and budgets to recommend appropriate motorcycles and accessories.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and performance.
• Achieve monthly and periodic sales targets through active promotion and lead generation.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
• Coordinate with showroom staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support promotional campaigns, product displays, and maintain a tidy showroom environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in automobile or motorcycle sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑handling skills.
