Site Administrator / Site In-charge

About the role

K.S. Construction is looking for a responsible and organized Site Administrator / Site In-charge to oversee daily administrative and operational activities at its project sites across Nepal. The role ensures smooth functioning of the site office, proper documentation, and effective coordination between the site and head office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day‑to‑day administrative and operational tasks at the project site.
• Oversee site administration, ensuring the project office and facilities run efficiently.
• Coordinate with project management, engineers, contractors, suppliers, workers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain site records, documents, correspondence, attendance registers, and administrative files.
• Handle manpower, accommodation, transportation, logistics, and other site‑related administrative needs.
• Monitor procurement and availability of office and site supplies, equipment, and resources.
• Support communication between the site and head office, ensuring timely information flow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, site procedures, safety requirements, and administrative standards.
• Prepare regular administrative and operational reports for management.
