Social Media Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Associate to support our agency’s client accounts. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates who have completed digital marketing training and want hands‑on experience across multiple brands and industries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily/weekly content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok for assigned clients.
• Draft engaging captions, hashtags and copy that match each brand’s tone.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and videographers to ensure timely delivery of visual assets.
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare simple weekly reports.
• Assist in running and monitoring boosted posts and basic Meta Ads under guidance.
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats and platform changes relevant to client industries.
• Support senior SMM associates and account leads in content calendar planning.

Required profile

• Freshers or candidates with a certificate/diploma in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing or related training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Genuine interest in social media, content trends and digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn as business platforms.
• Comfortable writing in English and Nepali with good grammar.
• Organized, deadline‑driven and able to manage multiple client accounts.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
