Social Media & Branding Officer

About the role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results‑oriented Social Media and Branding Officer to lead our online presence, strengthen our brand identity and engage key audiences such as shippers, drivers and carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company’s social media accounts across all relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging posts, graphics, videos, reels and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, industry updates and competitor activities to spot new opportunities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages and customer inquiries.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, recruitment drives, product launches and promotional activities through social media.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
• Ensure brand consistency on social media, website, marketing materials and other customer touchpoints.
• Coordinate branding campaigns and promotional activities to boost visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with designers and cross‑functional teams to produce creative marketing materials.
• Monitor customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support branding and marketing strategies.
