About the role

As a Social Media & Channel Outreach Specialist at Veel, you will own early‑stage outbound engagement, turning cold prospects into familiar names before they speak with sales. You will craft personalized, context‑aware messages and run light‑touch warming sequences that build genuine familiarity over time.

Key responsibilities

• Engage daily with target prospects on relevant platforms and channels through meaningful interactions.
• Run personalized outreach sequences that combine light‑touch engagement with direct messaging.
• Send highly contextual, human‑sounding messages tailored to each prospect.
• Support lead‑warming efforts to ensure key accounts are aware of Veel before sales outreach.
• Surface high‑intent signals (e.g., hiring, funding, product launches) and share them with the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and founders to align on priority accounts and engagement strategy.
• Maintain structured tracking of outreach activity across accounts and sequences.
• Ensure consistency and quality of all prospect interactions while adhering to platform guidelines.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social selling, LinkedIn‑led outbound, or content‑driven sales development.
• Native fluency on LinkedIn, with deep understanding of its algorithm and engagement best practices.
• Strong written communication skills for short, contextual, conversational DMs.
• Proficiency with Sales Navigator advanced search, saved searches, and signal alerts.
• Detail‑oriented ability to manage 60+ active warming sequences without gaps.
• Curious about prospects – regularly reads their content and spots unique angles.
• Comfortable logging activity in a CRM (HubSpot experience a plus).
