Social Media Content Creator

About the role

The Social Media Content Creator will work full‑time on‑site in Kathmandu, planning, creating and publishing engaging content to boost brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation for BIN Outsourcing’s clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars for multiple social platforms.
• Write captions and short‑form copy tailored to each channel.
• Create or coordinate visual assets and ensure they meet brand guidelines.
• Optimize posts for reach and engagement using platform best practices.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and operations teams to align content with client expectations.

Required profile

• Strong skills in social media content creation and clear, engaging copywriting.
• Ability to manage content schedules and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, audience targeting and engagement strategies.
• Proficiency with common social media and content tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva or similar design tools, and scheduling platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Attention to detail, openness to feedback and a willingness to learn new tools.
• Prior experience in social media, content creation or marketing is preferred.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field is an advantage.
