Social Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Content Creator & Social Media Executive who can create engaging content and manage our social media presence across different platforms. If you enjoy creating reels, writing captions, following social media trends, and turning ideas into engaging content, we'd love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and produce Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories, and creative content.
• Write engaging captions, copy, and social media content.
• Manage and maintain regular social media posting schedules.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, formats, and trending content.
• Assist in developing monthly content calendars and content strategies.
• Coordinate with the design, marketing, and other teams to develop content.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and relevant interactions.
• Continuously bring new and creative ideas to improve social media engagement and reach.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
• Ability to create content independently from concept to execution.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to appear in videos/reels when required is a plus.
