Social Media Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our cosmetic and beauty brands across digital platforms. The role involves developing engaging content, overseeing social media accounts, and strengthening the brands' online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts for assigned beauty and cosmetic brands.
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Plan and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars and publish content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Monitor audience interactions, respond professionally, and build an engaged online community.
• Create visually appealing posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and influencers.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Support paid social advertising and conduct basic competitor research.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG preferred.
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.

Required skills

• Content creation for short‑form video (Reels, TikTok‑style).
• Basic graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
• Basic video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Strong aesthetic sense for beauty and cosmetic content.
