Social Media Manager / Content Writer

About the role

Arya Digital Production is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager and Content Writer to join its Kathmandu office. The successful candidate will plan, execute and optimise social media strategies while producing engaging written content that aligns with the brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Create, schedule and publish posts, captions, blogs and other digital assets.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and report results to improve reach and engagement.
• Manage community interactions by responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure visual and textual consistency.
• Support digital campaigns, promotions and brand initiatives.
• Stay updated on social media trends and recommend innovative ideas.

Required profile

• Strong background in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO).
• Proven ability to design and execute content strategies for diverse audiences.
• Excellent writing skills for captions, posts, blogs and other digital formats.
• Effective communication for teamwork and community engagement.
• Experience managing brand pages on major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Basic understanding of analytics tools and performance metrics.
• Attention to detail, good time‑management and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Relevant education in marketing, communications, media or related field preferred; prior similar experience is an advantage.
