Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Create authentic, fun content about our carpets, people, and inclusion initiatives.
• Plan high‑converting campaigns to attract customers and partners who value good design and values.
• Design promos, reels, blog posts, and behind‑the‑scenes stories.
• Use analytics to continuously improve engagement.
• Act as an ambassador for a workplace reshaping hiring and craftsmanship.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; curiosity matters more than major.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in social media or marketing (internships count).
• Creative spark, love for storytelling, and solid writing skills.
• Ability to work independently, ask good questions, and collaborate with care.
• A heart for inclusion and social change.
• Comfortable with graphics design and content creation.
