Forefront Engineering, Nepal’s leading authorized distributor of engineering software, is seeking a dynamic Software Sales and Marketing Associate. The role focuses on promoting and selling cutting‑edge software solutions to engineering firms across the country, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for engineering software solutions.
• Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software features and benefits.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements while adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide regular sales reports and analyze data to identify improvement areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluency in English.
