Software Sales & Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a driven Software Sales & Marketing Specialist to join the FigsFlow team in Kathmandu. You will develop and execute data‑driven marketing and sales strategies that position FigsFlow as a trusted SaaS solution for accounting professionals in the UK, USA, Canada and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email, social, SEO/SEM, webinars, events) across four international markets.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to craft market‑specific value propositions and marketing collateral.
• Analyse competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities and differentiate the brand.
• Manage marketing budgets, track ROI and produce performance dashboards for senior leadership.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools for content creation, audience segmentation, A/B testing and campaign optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, SaaS sales or software‑focused marketing.
• Proven ability to run multi‑channel campaigns and generate qualified leads.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent English communication skills.
• Experience or familiarity with professional services or accounting‑technology markets is desirable.
