About the role
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the spa department, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. The role requires you to meet the expectations of employees, guests and owners by delivering high‑quality service and maintaining operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the spa, guaranteeing that all services comply with Hyatt’s brand standards and corporate strategies.
- Ensure that employee, guest and owner expectations are consistently met through effective management and quality control.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Spa Management or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
- Minimum two years of experience working as an Assistant Spa Manager.
- Aesthetic qualification in treatments and training is considered a strong advantage.
