Spare Parts Incharge – 2-Wheeler

About the role

The company, a reputed two‑wheeler automobile manufacturer, seeks a responsible, detail‑oriented and result‑driven Spare Parts Incharge. The role involves managing spare parts inventory, ensuring stock availability, supporting service operations and maintaining accurate inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day inventory of two‑wheel spare parts, accessories and related materials, maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/inventory management system, monitoring minimum, maximum, reorder and safety stock levels.
• Receive incoming parts, verify quantities, quality and compatibility, and ensure proper labeling, coding and systematic storage.
• Issue parts to technicians and service teams based on authorized requisitions, coordinating with service advisors to identify required items.
• Monitor stock levels, raise purchase requests, coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team, and follow up on pending orders.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile with system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for all inventory movements, adjustments and supplier transactions.
