Spare Parts Incharge – Nepalgunj

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Spare Parts Incharge to manage our automobile parts inventory in Nepalgunj. The role involves overseeing inbound and outbound parts, ensuring optimal stock levels, and supporting workshop, sales and procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage spare parts inventory and maintain optimum stock levels.
• Handle inward and outward spare parts transactions.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with workshop, sales, and procurement teams for spare parts requirements.
• Monitor fast‑moving and slow‑moving spare parts and adjust stock accordingly.
• Ensure proper storage, binning, labeling, and stock accuracy.
• Prepare regular inventory, stock movement, and consumption reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Management, Automobile, Mechanical or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in automobile spare parts, store, or inventory operations.
• Knowledge of spare parts identification and inventory management.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Immediate availability to join.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP/DMS systems (preferred).
