About the role

Diverse Way seeks an enthusiastic entry‑level Special Education Teacher to support neurodiverse children in Shankhamul, Lalitpur. You will join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering evidence‑based interventions that foster learning, communication, and social‑emotional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify learning, behavioural, and developmental needs.
• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s profile.
• Deliver one‑on‑one and small‑group sessions focusing on cognitive, academic, communication, and social‑emotional skills.
• Collaborate with speech‑language therapists, occupational therapists, and behavioural specialists to ensure holistic care.
• Guide families on effective home‑based strategies and reinforce progress.
• Track and document each child’s development, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Stay current with the latest special‑education research and techniques.

Required profile

• Passion for working with autistic children and other neurodevelopmental differences.
• Strong willingness to learn and apply evidence‑based practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
