Spokesperson

About the role

The Spokesperson serves as the official representative of Agro Thai Foods, communicating with media, consumers, business partners and other external stakeholders. The role ensures clear, accurate and consistent messaging about the company’s products, brands and initiatives while protecting its reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the authorized representative of the company in media interactions.
• Conduct interviews with television, radio, newspapers, online media and other platforms.
• Represent the company at press conferences, media briefings, product launches and public events.
• Communicate company positions, vision, mission, values and key achievements professionally.
• Serve as a key communication representative during crisis or reputation‑sensitive situations.
• Work with the PR/Corporate Communications team to develop key messages.
• Maintain professional relationships with media, government/regulatory stakeholders, industry associations, business partners and consumers.
• Provide management with relevant feedback from media and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Management, Marketing, Brand, Sales, PR, HR, Legal, Quality and other departments.
