SSF Focused HR Associate

About the role

We are looking for an SSF‑focused HR Associate to manage Social Security Fund (SSF) administration for our employees. The role involves employee registration, contribution processing, and ensuring statutory compliance. A valid two‑wheeler driving licence and own vehicle are preferred, with at least six months of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee registration, updates, and exit processes in the SSF system.
• Prepare and verify monthly SSF contribution data and maintain accurate records.
• Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents required for SSF compliance.
• Gather and update employee KYC documents (citizenship, PAN, bank details, photographs, etc.).
• Coordinate with employees on SSF enrollment, claims, and related documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of SSF‑related reports and compliance documents.
• Assist in onboarding documentation with a focus on SSF requirements.
• Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and other employee‑related documents as required.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with SSF and labour regulations.
• Perform other SSF and HR administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of Nepal’s Social Security Fund procedures and the Nepal Labour Act.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in HRM, BBA, Management, or a related field.
