Store Assistant – Inventory Management

About the role

Yeti Paints Nepal is looking for a responsible Store Assistant to support daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure accurate documentation of materials and products.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities against documents, and record stock receipts.
• Maintain systematic storage for easy identification and movement of products.
• Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, excesses, damages, or discrepancies.
• Assist with stock counting and periodic physical inventory verification.
• Prepare and update store-related records, reports, and digital inventory files.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding material requirements, stock availability, and dispatches.
• Support loading, unloading, and dispatch activities as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety within the store.
• Report any operational issues or stock discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Perform other store and inventory duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Business Studies (BBS).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in store, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• Good computer knowledge and ability to maintain digital records.
• Valid driving license.
• Strong numerical, record‑keeping, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Responsible, disciplined, trustworthy, and able to work independently or in a team.
