Store Assistant – Paints Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Store Assistant to support day‑to‑day operations in our paint manufacturing facility in Hetauda. The role involves handling raw materials, finished goods and packaging supplies, ensuring accurate inventory records and smooth material flow across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily store and warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage and handling of materials.
• Receive, inspect and record incoming raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials and other supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements promptly.
• Issue materials according to authorized requisitions and keep proper documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, stacking and safe storage of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment with relevant departments.
• Prepare and maintain GRN, issue notes, stock reports and other store‑related documents.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Logistics and other teams for smooth material flow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and warehouse procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in store, warehouse, inventory or manufacturing operations.
• Detail‑oriented professional with hands‑on experience in store operations, inventory management and warehouse documentation, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP or similar inventory management software.
