Student Counselor – Study Abroad

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, confident and student‑focused Counselor to guide prospective students through the study‑abroad process. You will understand each student’s academic background and career goals and recommend suitable destinations, universities, courses and admission pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Counsel students on appropriate study‑abroad destinations, universities, courses and programs based on their academic profile and aspirations.
• Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information on admission requirements, application procedures and scholarship opportunities.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email, social media and in‑person consultations.
• Conduct one‑to‑one counseling sessions and support students throughout the application process, including documentation and follow‑ups.
• Maintain confidential student records, enquiry databases and application tracking systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and liaise with university representatives as needed.
