Supply Chain Management Executive

About the role

The Supply Chain Management Executive will coordinate daily supply chain activities, covering procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier relations. The role ensures timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, and internal departments to guarantee timely material availability.
• Prepare purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular reconciliations, and minimize excess or obsolete stock.
• Track purchase orders, follow up on order status, and resolve delivery delays.
• Analyze purchasing, inventory, and logistics data and produce regular management reports.
• Support cost‑reduction initiatives and identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, purchasing, or inventory management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across sales, finance, warehouse, production, and operations teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (and broader Microsoft Office suite).
• Knowledge of inventory or ERP systems.
