Job description

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain servers, operating systems, and system infrastructure.
  • Perform system provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system and infrastructure issues.
  • Support cloud platforms and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Manage storage systems and troubleshoot storage-related issues.
  • Perform system health checks, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
  • Handle L1/L2 technical support and resolve infrastructure incidents.
  • Maintain system documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior teams when required.

Required profile

  • 2+ years of experience in system administration and infrastructure support (preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Hands‑on experience with server provisioning and configuration.
  • Storage management and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of operating systems, networking, and general infrastructure.
