Team Lead – Sales, Operations & Finance

About the role

Chitrakala Inc. Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Team Lead to oversee and coordinate its core business functions – Sales, Operations, and Finance – in Kathmandu.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and monitor teams across Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• Set team goals and ensure timely achievement of targets.
• Monitor daily operations and improve overall team productivity.
• Coordinate between departments for smooth business operations.
• Track sales performance, operational activities, and financial processes.
• Prepare regular performance reports for management.
• Identify challenges and take timely corrective actions.
• Support team members through guidance, motivation, and performance management.
• Ensure company policies, processes, and standards are followed.
• Contribute to business growth and process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in team leadership, operations, sales, administration, or a related role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities.
• Good understanding of sales, operations, and basic financial processes.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
