Tele Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Tele Sales Executive to drive outbound sales efforts and build lasting customer relationships. The role involves promoting our products and services over the phone, generating qualified leads, and converting inquiries into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company offerings.
• Present products and services clearly, professionally, and confidently.
• Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups to build trust and maximize conversion opportunities.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow‑up schedules.
• Prepare and submit daily call reports, sales reports, and performance updates.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree completed in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in telesales, customer service, or sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reside within a 5 km radius of Dillibazar.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
