Telecaller – Customer Experience (1‑2 years)

About the role

We are seeking a confident, customer‑focused Telecaller to manage both outbound and inbound calls. The role involves explaining our products and services, following up on leads, and supporting conversion efforts within a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Explain company products, services, offers, and processes clearly.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital platforms, campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
• Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate information or solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow‑ups, and customer interactions in CRM or assigned systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams for lead handling.
• Prepare basic daily/weekly call and lead follow‑up reports.

Required profile

• Minimum +2 or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Good command of Nepali and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasive ability, and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations professionally.
• Good follow‑up, time‑management, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Google Sheets.
• Basic computer knowledge.
