Telesales & Lead Management Intern

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, people‑oriented interns who love talking with others and have a passion for telesales, counseling and customer engagement. As a Lead Controller you will manage leads generated from our marketing campaigns, provide information about our training programs and guide prospects toward enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Call leads received through online/offline campaigns, introduce yourself professionally and understand each prospect’s needs and expectations.
• Explain suitable training programs, discuss benefits, career opportunities and address questions or objections.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups, record call outcomes, categorize leads and ensure no potential lead is missed.
• Work toward daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets, focusing on quality conversations and successful conversions.
• Coordinate with marketing and enrollment teams, share feedback, report common objections and flag leads ready for enrollment.

Required profile

• Loves talking and interacting with people.
• Strong interest in telesales and communication.
• Confident, energetic, persuasive and able to handle rejection positively.
• Patient, target‑oriented and able to work independently while coordinating with a team.
• Willing to learn sales, counseling and lead‑management skills.

Required skills

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.
• Fluency in Nepali; English is an advantage.
