Territory Sales Officer (Home appliances)

About the role

We are seeking a Territory Sales Officer to drive sales of home appliances within an assigned territory. The role focuses on building relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Manage the assigned territory to ensure effective market coverage.
• Identify new dealers, retailers, and business opportunities to expand the distribution network.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales, stock availability, product displays, and competitor activities.
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, pricing, and merchandising at dealer and retail outlets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the home‑appliance, consumer‑electronics, or durable‑goods industry.
• Strong experience in dealer/distributor and retail channel management.
• Good understanding of territory sales and distribution networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driving license.
