Ticketing Officer – Flight Reservations & Ticketing

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Ticketing Officer to join our Kathmandu office. The role involves managing domestic and international flight reservations, issuing tickets and providing support to both individual passengers and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Search, book and issue air tickets for domestic and international flights while maintaining accurate Passenger Name Records (PNRs).
• Operate Global Distribution Systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) to issue, re‑issue, void, cancel tickets and process refunds in line with airline regulations.
• Advise clients on baggage allowances, check‑in procedures, flight schedules and visa or transit requirements via phone, email or face‑to‑face.
• Coordinate directly with airline representatives on schedule changes, group bookings and BSP/IATA procedures.
• Maintain daily sales records, process payments with the accounts team and ensure minimal ticketing errors or debit memos.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or +2/Intermediate with relevant travel industry experience.
• Hands‑on experience in a travel agency or airline ticketing environment.
• Strong English and Nepali communication skills with high numerical accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre booking platforms.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
