Ticketing Officer – Travel & Aviation

About the role

The Ticketing Officer will work on‑site in Kathmandu, handling both international and domestic flight reservations for corporate and leisure travelers. The role focuses on delivering accurate ticketing services, processing changes and refunds, and providing reliable travel advice.

Key responsibilities

• Handle international and domestic flight bookings using GDS platforms.
• Issue, re‑issue, cancel tickets and process refunds efficiently.
• Coordinate with airlines, travel partners and internal teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Provide accurate fare information, visa requirements and travel regulations to clients.
• Maintain booking records, prepare tax invoices and daily sales reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service across phone, email and in‑person channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in ticketing.
• Strong command of English and Nepali, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
