About the role
Design and deliver new‑hire classroom training and LMS modules, provide nesting support for NP Venture agents, and conduct quality assurance audits for chat and voice channels.
Key responsibilities
- Run refresher sessions, SOP updates, and skill‑gap workshops based on QA findings and contact reason trends.
- Conduct 5LS audits (CQM, DSAT, L1) during peak periods as QA backup and maintain calibration with centre QA standards.
- Produce weekly deficiency dashboards, trend analysis reports and give actionable coaching recommendations to team leaders.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Management or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training or quality assurance; BPO, contact centre or e‑commerce experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with LMS systems for course design and delivery.
- Basic data analysis skills with strong Excel or BI tool competence.
