Travel Consultant / Ticketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer‑focused Travel Consultant / Ticketing Executive to join our team in Lazimpat. You will handle domestic and international flight bookings, provide accurate fare information, and ensure a high level of service throughout the ticketing process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and provide fare quotations for domestic and international air tickets.
• Book, issue, re‑issue, cancel, refund, and reschedule tickets using GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
• Prepare and maintain accurate GDS reports and advise clients on fare rules and airline policies.
• Follow up with customers on confirmations, itinerary changes, and ticket re‑issuance.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings to maximize sales and revenue.
• Prepare multiple travel itineraries tailored to client preferences and budgets.
• Advise clients on documentation and visa requirements; process online visa applications and coordinate with embassies.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel partners, and overseas vendors for seamless travel arrangements.
• Maintain client travel documents and records with confidentiality.
• Draft professional emails and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service and be available for phone support outside regular hours when needed.
