UI/UX Designer

About the role

As a UI/UX Designer at EB Pearls you will shape digital experiences by turning complex problems into simple, intuitive interfaces. You will work closely with product, engineering and business teams to research users, create wireframes, prototypes and refine designs based on real feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, develop wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers and senior designers to ensure technical feasibility and design consistency across all touch‑points.
• Mentor junior designers, lead design workshops and manage design reviews to maintain quality standards.
• Gather and integrate stakeholder feedback, perform design audits and update style guides and UI kits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional UI design experience with a strong, user‑centered portfolio.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in cross‑functional Agile teams and mentoring junior designers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch and InDesign.
• Deep understanding of design systems, UI patterns, responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Ability to create design documentation such as style guides, design specifications and component libraries.
