UI/UX Designer

About the role

Qbits is looking for a UI/UX Designer to own the user experience across its product portfolio, including the Saney platform, client projects and future offerings. You will translate business goals and user needs into clear, usable and attractive interfaces for web and mobile.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, usability tests and competitor analysis, turning insights into personas, journeys and problem statements.
• Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes and high‑fidelity screens for web and mobile, ensuring accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and responsive layouts.
• Build and maintain a shared design system with tokens, components and usage guidelines, keeping product brands consistent.
• Hand off annotated designs to developers, review builds, and use analytics and feedback to iterate on shipped features.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience designing digital products (web and mobile) in‑house or at an agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the full design process from research to shipped UI.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and communicate design decisions clearly in English.

Required skills

• Figma (auto‑layout, components, variants, prototyping) and FigJam.
• Adobe Creative Suite, Maze (or similar testing tool), Jira, Notion, Slack.
• Design system creation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design, HTML/CSS basics, WCAG 2.2 AA.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar.
