UI/UX Designer (Motion & 3D)

About the role

Nevasce creates memorable web experiences and is looking for a UI/UX Designer who can blend visual design with motion and 3D interactivity. You will own the look, feel, and animation of every site that leaves the studio, turning static concepts into living experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design client websites end‑to‑end: concept, art direction, wireframes, high‑fidelity UI, and reusable design systems in Figma.
• Create motion assets such as page transitions, scroll‑driven storytelling, micro‑interactions, and animated states.
• Develop 3D and interactive web experiences using Three.js and WebGL.
• Implement designs with clean front‑end code (React, Next.js, modern CSS) to ensure fidelity.
• Craft distinct visual directions per client, including typography, color, imagery, and tone.
• Present and defend design decisions to clients and translate vague briefs into clear direction.
• Balance aesthetics with performance, accessibility, and responsive behavior across devices.
• Set and uphold the studio’s quality standards, including saying no to sub‑par work.
• Communicate progress clearly with a remote CTO.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong visual taste and ability to differentiate good design from almost‑good.
• Comfort with end‑to‑end design ownership, from concept to coded implementation.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations and remote collaboration.
