UK Counselor – Education Consultancy

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, student‑focused UK Counselor to guide prospective students through every step of studying in the United Kingdom. You will provide expert advice on universities, courses, scholarships, visas and post‑study opportunities, ensuring a smooth journey from initial consultation to enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on UK study options, assessing academic background and career goals.
• Assist with application preparation, reviewing SOPs, recommendation letters and other documents.
• Coordinate with UK universities and admission representatives, monitoring application progress.
• Guide students through the UK student visa process and conduct pre‑departure briefings.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, university partners and attend education fairs.
• Maintain accurate student records, prepare counseling reports and achieve enrollment targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3–4 years of counseling experience in a reputable educational consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of UK universities, admission procedures and visa regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with student management systems or CRM software.
