UX Designer (Digital Product & Multimedia)

About the role

Flint Group is looking for a creative UX Designer who can blend strong user‑experience thinking with eye‑catching visual design. The role focuses on digital product design, multimedia, and marketing assets, shaping both internal tools and customer‑facing experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design user‑friendly digital products, internal systems, and workflow solutions.
• Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Develop customer‑facing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences that boost engagement and conversion.
• Produce creative assets such as social media graphics, campaign materials, and presentation designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Business teams throughout the design process.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI and visual design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital product and multimedia design work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
