VDC Architect – Interior Design

About the role

We are seeking a VDC Architect specialized in interior design to support Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) and BIM projects. The role focuses on developing interior design concepts, preparing technical documentation, and delivering BIM‑based project solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare architectural and interior design documentation for construction, including furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, finishes, elevations, sections, and interior details.
• Coordinate interior design requirements with architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Support the development and coordination of VDC/BIM models and participate in design reviews and coordination meetings.
• Identify design conflicts, propose solutions, and ensure compliance with project standards and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably with strong exposure to interior design projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM tools and Virtual Design & Construction processes.
