Vice Principal

About the role

The Vice Principal will support the academic vision of Kopila Valley School, overseeing curriculum implementation and instructional quality across early childhood, primary, and secondary levels. Reporting to the Head of Programs, the role collaborates closely with the Principal, department heads, teachers, and other staff to ensure a student‑centered learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead academic planning, curriculum delivery, and continuous improvement for all school levels.
• Observe classrooms, provide feedback, coach teachers, and coordinate professional development.
• Analyze student learning data to identify gaps and design targeted interventions.
• Work with HODs and coordinators to align assessment systems with learning outcomes.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging school culture that encourages student voice and critical thinking.

Required profile

• Experience in school leadership, curriculum development, or instructional coaching.
• Ability to use data‑driven approaches to improve student achievement.
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and school leadership.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and student‑centered environment.
