Video Editing Instructor / Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Video Editing Instructor to deliver practical, industry‑focused training to aspiring editors. You will guide students through hands‑on projects, helping them build strong editing skills and professional portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct practical video‑editing training from beginner to advanced levels.
• Guide students through real‑world editing projects.
• Teach editing workflows, storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound, and color grading.
• Create assignments, exercises, and learning activities.
• Review student work and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students in developing professional video‑editing portfolios.
• Stay updated with current tools, techniques, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional video‑editing experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
• Professional video‑editing portfolio (mandatory).

Required skills

• DaVinci Resolve (advanced).
• Adobe Premiere Pro.
• After Effects.
• Color correction and color grading.
• Audio editing.
• Motion graphics and VFX.
• Professional rendering workflows.
