Video Editor and Graphic Designer

About the role

Code Mantra is seeking a creative Video Editor and Graphic Designer to produce engaging social‑media content and marketing assets for its online learning platform for children. You will work closely with the marketing team to turn briefs into eye‑catching visuals and high‑impact videos that drive audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and edit scroll‑stopping social media assets (static posts, story graphics, reel thumbnails, short‑form videos) for Facebook and Instagram.
• Edit influencer footage, parent testimonials, and campaign videos into polished Reels and ads.
• Create marketing materials such as banners, flyers, email graphics, and pitch decks, adding motion graphics and text animations when needed.
• Add captions, multilingual subtitles, and text overlays to maximize reach and accessibility.
• Maintain a consistent Code Mantra visual identity across all design and video output.
• Collaborate with the marketing team from concept to final creative delivery.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in both graphic design and video editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social‑media content, digital ads, and video work.
• Eye for design, sense of video pacing, and storytelling ability.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in education, EdTech, or children’s content is a plus.
• Ability to add Nepali/English subtitles is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Proficiency with CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic subtitle creation for Nepali and English.
