Video Editor

About the role

The company is looking for a skilled Video Editor to produce high‑quality visual content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Shorts, Reels and other digital platforms. You will work closely with the founder to turn long‑form recordings into engaging short‑form videos that drive audience retention and brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and polish founder‑led videos, podcasts, educational material, advertisements and customer success stories for multiple platforms.
• Transform long‑form recordings into short, hook‑driven clips using strong storytelling and pacing techniques.
• Set up and operate studio cameras, lighting rigs and audio equipment for single‑ and multi‑camera shoots.
• Perform color correction, grading, audio enhancement, captioning, graphics, transitions and motion elements.
• Export and optimize videos in platform‑specific formats, aspect ratios and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the founder to align creative output with content objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film Production, Multimedia, Communication or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video editing and studio production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial, marketing, educational or founder‑led video work.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end production workflow with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Advanced video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or CapCut.
• Color correction and color grading expertise.
• Audio mixing, noise reduction and dialogue enhancement.
• Caption and subtitle creation.
• Motion graphics, transitions and visual effects.
• Studio videography: camera operation, multi‑camera setups, framing, exposure and white‑balance.
• Three‑point lighting for interviews, podcasts and studio shoots.
• Microphone setup, positioning and audio monitoring.
