About the role

We’re looking for a creative, dependable, and hands‑on Video Editor who can take an idea from concept to final output. The role goes beyond editing, involving shooting, storyboarding, and post‑production while collaborating closely with content and creative teams to produce engaging videos for social media, campaigns, advertisements, and brand communication.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form and long‑form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Handle the full video production process: planning, storyboarding, shooting, editing, sound, transitions, subtitles and final delivery.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to turn concepts and scripts into visual stories.
• Shoot high‑quality footage using cameras and smartphones, applying proper framing, lighting and composition.
• Create platform‑appropriate edits with strong hooks, pacing, storytelling and awareness of current trends.
• Use AI‑powered video tools to improve efficiency, generate assets and experiment with new formats.
• Produce basic graphic elements, titles, overlays and thumbnails when required.
• Organise and manage footage, project files and creative assets, and be ready to appear on‑camera if needed.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
• Familiarity with AI video‑generation and AI‑assisted editing platforms.
• Good knowledge of social‑media video formats, trends, transitions, pacing and audience retention.
• Basic graphic‑design skills for thumbnails and simple video assets.
• Understanding of colour correction, sound design, subtitles and motion graphics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and incorporate creative feedback.
