Video Presenter – Content Planner & On‑Camera Host

About the role

ThemeGrill builds WordPress themes and plugins used worldwide. They need a video presenter who also plans content, learns the products, creates outlines and scripts, and appears on camera or in screen recordings to teach WordPress users.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and test ThemeGrill products by installing, breaking, and using them as a customer would.
• Plan the YouTube content calendar, including tutorials, walkthroughs, comparisons, how‑tos and product launches.
• Write outlines and scripts for each video.
• Present on camera and record screen tutorials in clear English.
• Collaborate with the video editor to turn raw footage into published videos.
• Monitor video performance and use insights to decide future topics.
• Ensure videos are easy to follow and pleasant to watch.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English, clear and natural for extended periods.
• Genuine on‑camera presence with the ability to explain concepts without freezing.
• Strong self‑direction and ability to plan work independently.
• Comfort with software, screen‑recording tools and simplifying technical information.
• Ability to take initiative during quiet weeks and decide what to create next.
