About the role
The Warehouse Incharge is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, maintaining stock accuracy, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring timely receipt and delivery of products.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, dispatch, storage, and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate physical and system inventory, applying FIFO and monitoring slow‑moving or damaged items.
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, suppliers and clients to ensure timely deliveries and prepare daily rosters.
- Update stock movements and bin locations in the Odoo ERP system and generate regular inventory reports.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
- Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP systems.
- Good leadership, communication and basic reporting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior warehouse experience is an advantage.
