Accountant & Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant & Operations Executive to manage daily accounting activities and support overall business operations in a reputable feed company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Maintain customer and supplier ledgers, perform reconciliations, and handle cash and bank transactions.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day business operations, monitor purchase orders, stock movements, and ensure smooth communication between sales, warehouse, suppliers, and customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting and operations, preferably in a manufacturing or feed industry.
• Hands‑on experience with Swastik, Tally or similar ERP/accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT, taxation and statutory compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Swastik accounting software.
• Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
