Accounts and Operations Executive

About the role

The company seeks a detail‑oriented Accounts and Operations Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and support business operations. The role requires hands‑on experience with Swastik Accounting Software and the ability to maintain accurate financial and inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and perform bank reconciliations using Swastik Accounting Software.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, and manage cash and bank transactions.
• Coordinate purchase and sales orders, monitor inventory movements, and generate operational reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of VAT, tax records, and liaise with banks, suppliers, customers, and auditors.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies or related field (or equivalent qualifications).
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Swastik Accounting Software (or Tally) proficiency.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and VAT documentation.
