Client Service Executive – Advertising Agency

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and well‑organized Client Service Executive to manage client communications and coordinate advertising, branding, and marketing projects within an agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling day‑to‑day communication and gathering requirements.
• Prepare clear project briefs for creative, design, digital marketing and production teams.
• Coordinate campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, events and other channels, tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Review outputs for accuracy, prepare presentations, proposals, quotations and performance reports.
• Maintain documentation of briefs, feedback, approvals and project progress.
• Liaise with external vendors for photoshoots, events and promotional activities.
• Support billing processes and follow up on outstanding client payments.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management or marketing, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Strong coordination, organizational, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible and collaborative with a willingness to learn.
