DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our technology team in Lazimpat. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure and deployment solutions while collaborating with development, QA, security, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines for seamless software development, testing, deployment, and hosting.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and efficiency.
• Evaluate and implement cost‑effective cloud solutions across AWS and Azure.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible or similar tools.
• Implement security best practices and protect systems from cyber threats.
• Collaborate with client‑side development teams to support feature delivery and R&D efforts.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure thorough documentation of systems, pipelines, and processes.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, cloud, or related fields.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for direct interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.

• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
• Containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Scripting: Bash, Python, PowerShell.
• Monitoring & logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog.
